The Auras Way Independent sales representatives present across the nation apply undertake the customer’s concern of purchase through their product demonstration. All products or services marketed by Auras Way are covered by Auras Way’s refund policy. In case, if the independent sales representatives is not completely satisfied with his/her purchase of any product or service, he/she can submit a request for refund with in 30 days from the date of order placement. Items(s) if received must be in their original, unused condition, and returned with in 30 days of receipt in the original parcel, original barcodes, tags, labels.
Product and brand packing should not be tampered the refund is applicable only if an online request from registered email ID is received by the company. In the interest of Auras Way “ISR” an authenticated and duly signed written request for refund on paper has to be sent to Auras Way head office for the refund to take place along with the products. The company would not deduct any amount from the invoice and will refund the full amount through the banking channel.
